Happy Pancake Day! While we wholeheartedly will be getting on board with Shrove Tuesday and flipping those pancakes tonight, there's another way we'll be celebrating. You see, pancaking is not just the act of making crêpes; it's a very real hair technique, too.
Pancaking is where you braid the hair then pull it apart to create a wider, flatter and more lived-in-looking plait. We'll be braiding while we're snacking tonight. Keep scrolling for pancake inspiration (of the hair variety, of course).

Be sure to stock up on clear hair bands, like these Goody Ouchless Clear Elastics (£8).
