Under the hot lights, with the hairdryers blasting and dozens upon dozens of people milling around in often the tiniest of spaces the most artistic and detailed beauty looks can blossom. We briefed MAC Senior Artist Rachel O'Donnell with the task of capturing the essence of Milan's backstages for Byrdie in a visual diary.
