Meghan Markle's Wedding Beauty Looks Are Set to Be Copied the World Over

After months of speculation, Meghan Markle married Prince Harry today in a simply stunning gown by Givenchy designer Claire Waight Keller. But for us beauty-obsessives on team Byrdie, it was the beauty look that caught our eagle eyes. Markle opted for an updo for her wedding hair—a sweeping centre part and twisted chignon done by hair icon Serge Normant. Markle's hair caused the Twitter-sphere to freak out when some of the strands at the front fell forward during the ceremony, but we kind of liked that her style was natural and not too "done." Her effortlessly beautiful hairstyle was adorned with a hefty tiara that looked modern (despite it being made in 1932) and a long, sweeping veil.

The tiara, according to Time, is the Queen Mary Diamond Bandeau Tiara, on loan from Queen Elizabeth II. The site said of the heirloom, it "has sometimes been seen with a sapphire in the centre stone, but Markle opted for a diamond on her royal wedding day."
