Nearly all of us have cellulite. It's simply a fact of life. In fact, studies estimate that 90% of women in the world have those (very normal) dimples, no matter what kind of shape they're in. It isn't about how much you work out—cellulite is stubborn stuff that can exist on even the lithest of thighs.
And considering few things can make a visible difference, you really needn't spend tonnes of time and money trying to get rid of it. But if you do want to do something about your cellulite, then that's perfectly fine too—your body, your choice.
Kim Kardashian West for one isn't going to be shamed for trying to diminish her own cellulite. She took to Snapchat to share a variety of beauty products she's been trying out—including an all-natural cellulite cream that she swears works a treat. Oh, and it costs £15.
The cream in question is The Seaweed Bath Co.'s Detox Cellulite Cream (£15), a luscious body butter infused with botanical extracts that have been shown to boost circulation and skin elasticity, including coffee bean and bladderwrack extracts. Plus, the rosemary mint scent makes for a spa-like ritual every time you slather it on.
As for the question of the hour—does it really help diminish bumps? Although many dermatologists claim there's nothing you can do about cellulite, according to Kardashian West, the answer is yes. That could have something to do with its ability boost blood flow, which can help smooth out lumps. But we actually love it more for its smoothing and hydrating abilities, anyway. If nothing else, it's a great product for nourishing limbs, especially if they've spent a winter shackled by a pair of jeans. It's a great find for summer—and a wallet-friendly one at that.
