Khloe Kardashian commitment reached a whole new level in 2015 and we've been obsessed. So much so we've been researching everything from her trainer’s go-to bum exercise and bookmarking her daily food diary, to reading her book, Strong Looks Better Naked (£12). Lately, though, her waistline has gotten even more trim and toned, and we were surprised to hear she's crediting it to a recent change in her diet.
In an interview in New Beauty, Khloe admits to cutting out dairy, despite her love of cheese, and noticing a difference in her body almost overnight. Of course, as health-minded beauty editors we know that what works for one person, doesn't work for everyone! Khloe's enviable physique is down to a ton of hard work too. She keeps to a regular workout schedule and remains committed to an overall healthy diet. But this does make us want to connect with a nutritionist and generally be more aware of how, individually, our bodies respond to certain foods.
