The model and mother of two has shared this smoothie bowl recipe that is thick and creamy and combines a triple threat of greens—kale, spinach and avocado—with sweet strawberries, bananas, and vegan protein that will keep you full throughout the day. Yield: 2 servings
Active Time: 5 minutes
1/2 ripe avocado
2 medium ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 large handfuls spinach
1 small handful kale, large stems removed
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Place all of the ingredients (minus the toppings) for the smoothie into a blender and blend until it is creamy and smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls and then start decorating with your desired toppings.
