I always knew Holly Willoughby would be the type of woman I'd want to be friends with and steal makeup from. She's intelligent, totally freethinking and not afraid to voice her opinion, hilarious (remember the morning after The Brits when she'd pulled an all-nighter? Exactly.) and according to Glamour Magazine and her makeup artist, Patsy O'Neill, she has fantastic taste in beauty products.
Holly and I share a love for Glossier's cult eyebrow product, Boy Brow (£14). O'Neill used it on the TV presenter during her stint on Dancing on Ice and now she's hooked, which I'm not surprised by. It's one of the only Glossier makeup products I use on a weekly basis and it firmly remains in my makeup bag.
While I'll admit that I don't use it every single day—I'm also a fan of Benefit's Gimmie Brow Volumising Eyebrow Gel (£20)—whenever I do, I'm reminded just why I love it so. It has a perfect spoolie for taming unruly brows that need a little TLC all while giving your brow an overall "I woke up like this" look.
The mix of Beeswax and Carnauba Wax tames and holds my hairs firmly in place, minus any unwanted stiffness, and atelocollagen and oleic acid (an emollient derived from olive oil) nourish and moisturize brows even after one use.
I personally use the brown shade, as it's almost a perfect match to my natural brows, but it comes in four shades: clear, brown, blonde and black. All you have to do is apply using short, upward strokes and you'll be good to go.
Glossier describe it as its "all-in-one brow fluffer, filler, and shaper," which perfectly articulates exactly how I like my brows to look and how they look after using Boy Brow. Slightly fluffy, full but not too full and your eyebrow shape but better. What's not to love?
