If there is one time that you can get away with an out-there makeup look, it's at a fashion week party. Georgia May Jagger rocked up to Marc Jacobs's dinner to celebrate the launch of his makeup at Harrods with no brows. Well, that's not strictly true, her brows were bleached, and drawn just above her socket line was a slash of bold turquoise. On paper, it never should have worked, but in real life, it was actually surprisingly flattering. So, where did she get the idea for the look? Keep scrolling to find out.

Earlier in the day Jagger walked in the A.V. Robertson show where Marc Jacobs Beauty was being used to create the look by makeup artist Diane Kendal. Amie Victoria Robertson, the designer, wanted the models to look slightly surreal and a little alien-like, hence the bleached brows. Kendal used Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon (£19) in Blacquer to create a cat eye and then used either red, green or blue gel liner drawn just above the socket line. Model Anna Cleveland said of the look, "It's both seductive and playful, because you have to have both right?!"
For the party, Georgia ditched the cat eye which made the look a little fresher and younger.

We know we shouldn't want to bleach our brows and start drawing colourful lines on our faces, but we're kind of tempted. Because who says makeup can't be frivolous, even if it's just for one night?
