I Drank the Kardashian-Approved Fit Tea for 14 Days—This Is What Happened

I'd be remiss if I didn't first mention that I know the Kardashians get paid a ton of money for their (carefully constructed) Instagrams of this product.

Of course, they do.

But that doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work. So, I decided to test that theory and try Fit Tea for a full 14 days and record how I felt, what I saw, and if, at the end, it fulfilled its claims. Going into the experiment, my expectations were not particularly high. It is just tea, after all. If I've learned anything from my time spent with beauty editors, fitness experts and nutritionists, it's that healthy weight loss with staying power doesn't happen over night. And then I read the reviews. "I started to drink [this] tea [recommended by my mother's] friend. It took one year to get down from 140 pounds to 80 pounds. It sounds weird, but it actually happened to me. I am so happy." SO many of the accounts were similarly shocking. I started to question what would happen once the tea arrived and I began my detox. Should a 140-pound woman strive to weigh 80 pounds? How could that be healthy? Was this a dangerous product? Concerns flooded my brain.

Before drinking the tea, I did some research and ran the claims by a few experts.
