Friends star Courteney Cox has opened up about the pressures of fame and how she regrets her plastic surgery procedures.
As part of an expedition in Ireland with adventurer Bear Grylls for his show Running Wild With Bear Grylls, the A-lister spoke about her struggle with ageing and the pressures for women in Hollywood.
"I had things done that I regret, and luckily they are things that dissolve and go away. And that's good because that's not always been my best look, so now I just have a new motto: Let it be," revealed Cox.

In the chat, which saw the duo sitting high up on a mountainside, the star was candid about how tough it is getting older in the industry and what mistakes she's made. "I think there's a pressure to maintain [your looks], not just because of fame," she said.
Cox continued: "Getting older isn't the easiest thing, but I have learned lessons. … I think I was trying to keep up with getting older. But it's something you can't keep up with. The more you relax into it, the less I try, because sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and you think Oh god."
In an interview with Redbook back in 2012, she spoke about her makeup routine, she uses Too Faced's BB Cream, but also revealed similar sentiments about ageing, saying that as you get older "everything looks better more natural!"
