Can a Clarisonic Really Apply Makeup as Well as a Beautyblender?

Deciding how to apply your foundation is almost as important as choosing which is the best for you. Do you use a brush, your fingers, a Beautyblender or… a Clarisonic foundation brush? Yes, that’s right: Earlier this year, Clarisonic launched a foundation brush–head tool that promises quick, even and flawless coverage. When I first heard of it, I was intrigued.

I’m a pretty committed user of either a Beautyblender (£17) and/or a fluffy stippling brush (this Real Techniques one is my favourite), depending on which is clean and how full I want my coverage. I find the Real Techniques brush is better for a fuller finish, as I use it to really buff the product into my skin. Which is why the Clarisonic foundation brush piqued my interest.
