Calling all beauty obsessives and illustrators, we need your help this Christmas. We already know how many talented beauty illustrators and photographers there are out there because you all tag us in your Instagram posts—which is why this year, we're asking you to help us design our very own Byrdie Beauty Christmas e-card.
The design should include the words "Merry Christmas from all of us at Byrdie UK" somewhere and have "byrdie.co.uk" at the bottom.
We'd love for you to interpret Byrdie UK as you like, whether that's a glamorous vanity set up or a festive flat lay. It could be a detailed illustration or a beautiful photo—obviously the more festive, the better. Take a look at last year's design to get an idea of what we mean.
One lucky winner will not only have their e-design sent out to all our wonderful contacts via email on Christmas, but they'll also see it shared on our Instagram on Christmas day. Plus, the winner will receive a handpicked beauty bag worth over £100.
The runner-ups will also be featured alongside our winner on the website.
how can you enter?
Send your beauty-themed design to email@example.com. They need to be square shaped (1000 x 1000 for Instagram, at 300dpi max if you're creating an illustration) and tie in with the Byrdie UK Instagram look and feel. Take a look at our Instagram @byrdiebeauty.uk for inspiration.
Last entries can be filed on midnight December 1, and we'll be announcing the winners on December 5. We can't wait to see what you come up with. Good luck.
