When you get home from a hard day's work, sometimes the last thing you want to do is peel yourself off your sofa away from Netflix, just to head out to the gym for a workout. Now, it's hard doing that in the summer when there are plenty of G&Ts to be consumed outside a pub on a glorious summer's day, but it's even tougher when the weather gets colder and the days shorter. This all means that we end up feeling incredibly guilty for A.) not having exercised and B.) not making the most of our gym membership too.
So, what's the solution? Well, there's this thing called the internet that has this other thing called YouTube, and it's an incredible resource for brilliant workouts at home. Whether that's a 20-minute yoga routine that burns fat or a fun hip-hop dance class that means you're enjoying the workout more, there are plenty to choose from. We decided to pick nine of our favourite tried-and-tested videos so you can get your workout in without all the guilt. It also means you can head straight to the sofa and fire up the Netflix as a post-exercise treat. Keep scrolling for nine free workout videos that will get you results.
