Gone are the days when the A-list would keep their workout routines secret, having us believe they were born that way. Most celebrities have to work hard to achieve the lean, toned physiques we see on the red carpet—so it makes total sense that they would want to share their efforts on social media for all to see. And of course, many of them are put through their paces by personal trainers who are too busy, expensive, or far-flung (delete as applicable) for us to ever bag an appointment, making this voyeuristic approach the next best thing.

Karlie Kloss is notoriously dedicated to her fitness, one of the reasons why Nike chose the model to front a campaign back in 2014. Kloss trains at ModelFit in NYC and is often sharing reformer Pilates moves or core exercises using Bosu and medicine balls on her account. Well, that body doesn't sculpt itself.
