Stop Drinking This, and Your Cellulite Will Improve

Cellulite—more than 85% of women have it. So you're not alone, and there's no reason to beat yourself up about it. However, I do think it's possible to love and accept your body while still making healthy choices to improve it. Case in point: It's time to cut out soda (for many reasons, but cellulite is one of them).
As your body ages, it begins to produce less collagen. According to Eat This, Not That!, the protein supports the appearance of smooth, un-dimpled skin, and, unfortunately, sugary, processed drinks and sodas accelerate the slowdown of collagen production. Therefore, it keeps your cellulite from improving (even if you're working out and applying Sol de Janeiro’s Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, £36). FYI: Fruit juice is second on the list, according to Harvard researchers.
Instead, try springing for a coconut water or soda water to quench your thirst. They taste delicious and contain so much less sugar.
