How Sam Smith Lost 14 Pounds in 14 Days

When a major pop star and global sensation (who sweeped the Grammys, by the way) loses 14 pounds in 14 days, people freak out. Because a) the person looks incredible, and b) everyone wants to know howcanIdothat? Sam Smith has basically broken the Internet with photos of some seriously dramatic weight loss shared on Instagram recently, and can we first of all say: dude looks good.

About two weeks ago, Smith began posting photos of himself which anyone could see revealed a much thinner looking man. On March 17, Smith addressed the weight loss with a photo of himself holding a book by nutritional therapist Amelia Freer, saying she had helped him to lose over 14 pounds in two weeks.
