Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Shares Her Guide to Glowing Skin
We've often wondered what it takes to get Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's glowing skin. Well, we might finally have our answer, as the model and actress has chatted all things beauty in a recent interview
Speaking to Harper's Bazaar, the A-lister, who now lives in L.A., revealed how she believes that "not eating well shows on your face." This means that the star, who is a follower of Dr. Nigma Talib's diet, doesn't eat dairy or processed sugar and doesn't touch alcohol either. Talib came up with the terms “wine face” for when your skin looks dehydrated with enlarged pores and deep lines between the eyes and from nose to mouth, and the idea of “gluten face,” which is puffy skin and chin spots.
Clearly, RHW doesn't seem to be blighted with such facial problems (she does have dreamy skin), so there's definitely something in sticking to this diet. In the interview, she also spoke about some of her other beauty rituals, which we've jotted down below and will now be committing to memory.

Where she works out
The star goes to Body by Simone in New York and L.A., but when she's in London she works out with her brother, as he's a personal trainer.
Her beauty regimen
As she travels a lot (she is the queen of airport dressing after all), she has to stick to a decent routine. Her travel must-have is a SK-II Facial Treatment Mask, which helps prime her face for her favourite go-to evening look: a red lip. Her preferred lipstick? Rosie for Autograph in Supermodel Kiss (£16).
She's also previously told Byrdie Editorial Director Amy Lawrenson that she uses IS Clinical Active Serum (£66) instead of moisturiser.
Where she gets her hair cut
It won't have escaped you that Huntington-Whiteley has enviable locks. And her secret? Stylist George Northwood, who also just so happens to be featured in our gallery of the most influential hairdressers on Instagram.
