This Game-Changing Nail Polish Has a Waiting List
When London-based nail polish brand Nails Inc. announced its revolutionary new product last week, shaky-handed beauty lovers everywhere went nuts. The release? Paint Can nail polish ($12), a spray can of nail lacquer that delivers a flawless manicure in minutes. Said shaky-handed beauty lovers subsequently rushed to shop the groundbreaking new product, and it promptly sold out in the UK. Paint Can will be available in the U.S. in March 2016, and due to the overwhelming demand overseas, the brand has already set up a waiting list. You’ve probably never been wait-listed for nail polish before, but you'll want to be for this one—scroll down to find out why!
Here’s how it works: First, apply any base coat to clean, dry nails as you normally would. Next, shake up the spray can, hold it about six inches above your nails, and mist your fingertips in one quick, even coat of polish. One coat is all you need. Give it two minutes, and then apply a layer of topcoat. Then, wait one more minute and wash your hands with warm, soapy water to reveal a perfect manicure. The polish and your skin will magically wash away, leaving the pigment intact right where you want it and nowhere else.
Right now, the polish comes in two colors: Shoreditch Lane (a metallic silver) and Hoxton Market (a hot pink). But considering the overwhelming initial response to the product, more colors are sure to come.
While you anxiously wait to get your hands on the world’s first spray-paint nail polish (sign up for the waiting list here), we suggest the next best thing: Mess No More! For Pretty Nails ($9). Simply paint it on the skin around your nails, paint your nails, then the remove the liquid tape to take any stray marks and mistakes with it.
