23 May Beauty Launches That We're Obsessing Over
Ah, May. It's our favourite month. Not only are there two bank holidays, but the air is thick with the optimism that comes with the brighter mornings and longer evenings. The sunnier weather also means we can really start to put those spring/summer trends we spied on the catwalks last year into practice. Good timing, then, that some of our favourite brands are launching glow-enhancing skin perfectors, palettes filled with bold spring hues, travel-friendly body products that will help you step into those shorter hemlines and fragrances that smell wonderful now but will smell even better on your summer holiday layered over that cold-shoulder dress sitting in your wardrobe. Oh, and let's not forget the mascara that doubles as a mask for your lashes. Yep, you read that right. And breathe…

23 May Beauty Launches That We're Obsessing Over
Sinful Colors Kylie Jenner Nail Polish Sinful Shine in Minty Fresh (£3)
Kylie Jenner has put her name to a selection of shades for nail brand Sinful Colors. We love this shade called Minty Fresh, and at £3 you can't go wrong. Thanks, King Kylie.
Dior Diorshow Maximizer 3D (£26)
This product is genius. By day, it's a volumising lash primer that plumps each hair before your usual mascara is slicked on top. Its white colour means that any mascara you apply over the top, whether it's plum, navy or blue, will shine brighter. By night, wear it alone and the oil-rich formula with soy and seaweed will work as a mask to nourish lashes while you sleep.
L'Oréal Paris Glam Bronze Cushion De Soleil (£13)
First we had cushion foundations, now the clever people over at L'Oréal Paris have launched a cushion bronzer. Super blendable, not only does it make sense to apply a liquid bronzer if you wear a liquid foundation, but it will leave skin looking impossibly dewy and healthy.
Rahua Elixir Daily Hair Drops (£140)
A potent blend of three Amazonian oils, including rahua oil, this elixir is rich in omega-9. Just a couple of drops massaged into the scalp daily is enough to boost circulation and drive the oil down into the follicle where it can support healthy hair growth.
Elemental Herbology Hyaluronic Booster Plus + (£85)
Sodium hyaluronate is the hydrating hero in this serum while apple extract sets to work on tone and texture, and olive squalene revs up new skin cell production. Designed for older skin, it's actually a great antidote to a hectic lifestyle that leaves any skin looking dull, dehydrated and, quite frankly, a bit dreary.
Jo Malone Nashi Blossom Cologne (£44)
Every year, Jo Malone launches a limited-edition blossom-inspired scent. For 2016, the brand has surpassed itself with a dotty bottle we want, scratch that, need in our lives. This sparkling fruity fragrance—think crisp apple, pear and lemon before it softens down into a pretty white musk and floral aroma—is perfect for this time of year.
Too Faced Royal Oil Coconut Oil Body Bronzer (£28)
Need an instant hit of bronze colour? This coconut-based oil with antioxidant-rich mangosteen fruit imparts a flattering sheen onto the skin. It soaks in fast so you don't need to hang out in your pants, waiting for it to dry (we're all too busy for that).
Sunday Riley Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream (£60)
A moisturiser for morning and night, it is packed with hydrating hyaluronic acid and skin-plumping tamarind extract. Papaya enzymes work for 24 hours to gently and effectively exfoliate the skin. The result? Less pigmentation and an illuminated complexion all day, every day.
Bobbi Brown Sunkissed Eye Palette in Gold (£36)
Housed inside this palette is Bobbi's signature mix of textures and tones that work alone or can be blended together to create the most epic summer evening smoky eye. The sandy beige and dark rich caviar hues are matte while the copper gives serious sparkle and the champagne hue offers a wash of subtle shimmer. This would cover all of your eyeshadow needs for a week's holiday, trust us.
Tom Daxon Magnolia Heights (£105)
Tom Daxon has imagined what the magnolia tree would smell like in full bloom and bottled it. A heady, rich and exciting floral fragrance (in other words if you don't usually like florals, you'll love this), it combines magnolia with cedarwood, jasmine sambac and musk. It's addictive.
Out on 19 May, this dual-ended mascara combines a rich raspberry shade for your upper lashes and a turquoise for the lower. Layer over your usual black mascara to create a subtle wink of colour, apply direct onto lashes for a bold summer holiday look.
Yes to Grapefruit Pore Perfection Night Treatment (£13)
A combination of tea tree oil, vitamin C and lilac extract work on your skin while you sleep to bright your complexion and refine the look of pores with improvements noticed over a period of four weeks. Want to speed up the results? Use this morning and night.
