Breaking: You No Longer Need to Be a Celebrity to Have a Makeup Artist

Hold the phone—and make a beauty appointment! MAC Cosmetics wants to prep you for your next night out. That’s right: A top-shelf service typically reserved for Hollywood’s leading ladies will soon be available to the masses residing in the Big Apple. The new makeup studio, opening later this month, will offer professional makeup artist services ranging from cosmetics application, tutorials, and, of course, special event needs. The excitement was shared earlier this week in an article in The New York Times. Where MAC’s global brand president, Karen Bugles Weiler, shared the new, private space differs from their makeup counters, “It’s about the intimacy the studio provides,” she said. We cannot wait to try a trendy new liquid cat eye in our crease with MAC’s Chromaline Liquid Eye Liner ($20). Getting ready just got easier. Way to have our beauty-backs, MAC.

What look would you try if you had MAC’s professional artists on-hand? Sound off below!
