SJP’s Trainer on How to Get Her Toned Arms

Calling all of you who were the 'Carrie' among your girlfriends: we're finally a little closer to actually being SJP. While it might take a while until we actually walk a mile in Manolos, we can at least work towards getting her ridiculously toned arms. Parker’s trainer, Anna Kaiser of AKT InMotion, demonstrates the one major (she warns it's pretty intense) workout she does with SJP to tone up her arms, shoulders, and back.
