Like it or not, summer—or what is often referred to as bikini season—is right around the corner. So maybe your New Years resolution to “exercise more” has been overshadowed by other more pressing matters (say, for example, your Netflix queue). Before you bid your bikini adieu, know this: there’s still hope. We spoke with Gino Caccavale, trainer to celebs like Carmen Electra and creator of the Rezist workout, and asked him for a fitness plan for procrastinators. Turns out, two weeks is plenty of time to play catch up—in fact, he says you can expect to tone up and drop four to six pounds by following this plan.
