Molly Sims’s 5-Minute Smoothie Bowl Is Instagram Gold

Smoothie bowls do not just come in the form of açaí and berries, as we learned from Molly Sims. The model and mother of two has shared this smoothie bowl recipe that is thick and creamy and combines a triple threat of greens—kale, spinach and avocado—with sweet strawberries, bananas, and vegan protein that will keep you full throughout the day. In only five minutes, you’ve got a filling breakfast that gives you energy without the potential crash. See her healthy recipe (and the very Instagrammable bowl) below!

Green Smoothie Bowl

Yield: 2 servings

Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients: 

1/2 ripe avocado

2 medium ripe bananas, fresh or frozen

1 cup frozen strawberries

2 large handfuls spinach

1 small handful kale, large stems removed

1 1/2 to 2 cups unsweetened hemp milk or coconut water

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Toppings:

Blackberries

Blueberries

Goji berries

Sunflower seeds

Flax seeds

Sesame seeds

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients (minus the toppings) for the smoothie into a blender and blend until it is creamy and smooth. Divide the mixture into two bowls and then start decorating with your desired toppings.
