The Secret Cellulite Blaster Hiding in Your Kitchen Cabinet
You might already know that there's a pretty impressive lineup of cellulite remedies hiding in your pantry: Coconut oil, coffee, wheat germ, and sea salt all do a great job of diminishing stubborn dimples.
But now you can add a non-edible item to that arsenal. Celeb facialist Sonia Dakar tells Allure that she prefers attacking cellulite with a rolling pin.
"I swear by it," she says. "When you are in the shower, step out of the stream of water and work a cellulite cream with caffeine into the affected area with strong strokes of a rolling pin. This will help break down fluid retention and reduce the appearance of cellulite."
It essentially does similar work to a dry brush, which happens to be another one of our favourite methods for tackling unsightly areas. And while we love Murad's Body Firming Cream ($45), our favourite DIY cellulite scrub is also quite effective—and it only requires a little more rummaging in your kitchen.
