Next time you’re at the drugstore, remember to grab one more thing: baby powder. We know all about plumping up the lashes and magically making stubborn sand disappear, but there’s a functional use for fitness junkies too. 

You know how spas apply baby powder to the red areas after a bikini or brow wax? They do this to calm irritated skin. The same goes for chaffed areas that result from working out.
